No Refunds - Store Credit ONLY

Return Policy

LOVE OF G has a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Store credit will be issued for any eligible return/s. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You will have 3 business days to drop your package off to the shipping facility once the return label has been sent via email. If you are unable to drop off your package in a timely manner please notify us immediately so we can work with you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the item/s was approved or not. Once approved, store credit will be emailed to you as a gift card or discount code.

  • Intimate goods or likeness
  • Final Sale and Flash Sale Items

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

LOVE OF G does not process any returned item/s for exchanges of any kind. Store credit is issued if approved. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you will receive store credit to make a separate purchase for the new item.
